HEALTH GUARANTEE


This puppy is guaranteed against infectious type disease for a period of (10) days from the date of purchase. To the best of our knowledge, this puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has had temporary inoculations against Distemper, Hepatitis and Parvo Virus.

The customer has a health guarantee providing they have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase.
(exceptions may apply for weekend purchases)

It is understood that there is no extended warranty beyond three (3) days, if the puppy is not checked by veterinarian within the given time. If he /she finds life-threatening genetic defects or life-threatening infectious illness, the customer may exchange the puppy for one of equal value, providing a veterinary certificate is offered as evidence
of the puppy’s condition.

The seller will not be responsible for illness or loss due to the new owners treatment or lack of proper care. The seller assumes no responsibility for injury after the puppy leaves seller’s premises.
Seller is not responsible for any veterinary expenses.

No guarantee is given for any kind of worm, coccidiosis or giardia. These parasites are all too common to pups and can be contracted from your soil or boarding facilities. Retained testicles & hernias are excluded from this guarantee.

The guarantee against life-threatening genetic defects
derived from disorders of the heart, liver or kidneys,
is one (1) year from the puppy’s date of purchase.
NO other guarantees are given.
